MEET THE BOARD
President- Bill Kellar

My name is Bill Kellar and I am your HOA President. I joined the board December 2020 out of a sense of responsibility to insure that the integrity and beauty of our neighborhood was maintained and preserved. I moved into the neighborhood December 2017 and live at 213 Gillette Drive along with Angie, and two Chihuahuas (Marley and Bella). In my spare time I like to spend time with my family/friends, travel, cycle, and golf.

I joined the board in May of 2017 after living in River Landing for less than a year (1412 Mentelle dr). Originally I wanted to help create a few social events and know what was going on but quickly I learned there was so much more to be done in the neighborhood. We are a unique neighborhood that offer so many amazing things.  My husband, Jason and I along with our 2 children, Leia is a Junior at FHS and Levi is a 6th grader at GMS, have a rescue mutt (Ziggy) that you can see walking the neighborhood.

Member at Large- Jim Williams

My name is Jim Williams and I am on the RL HOA Board. My wife (Patti) and I built our home in 2003 at 271 Gillette Drive. We have three children, Jessica (Freshman at UGA), Jim (Junior at FHS) and John (Sophomore at FHS). Our boys are members of the FHS Band, FHS Varsity Lacrosse Team and No Excuse Lacrosse which keeps us busy year round.
I joined the board in March of 2020 to assist on some of the projects... reconstruction of the water retention area on Aylesford Lane, prevent illegal parking and dumping at the end of Gillette Drive with the large rock placement, and address potential safety issues along River Landing Drive by identifying and removing dead trees and dangerous limbs.
