MEET THE BOARD
HOA President- Annie Melzer



Hi, I am Annie and I have lived in River Landing since 2021 with my husband and two small children. We absolutely adore Franklin and are passionate about maintaining the charm of our town and community. I feel privileged to be able to serve on the River Landing HOA board while supporting our beautiful community through transparent communication & asset preservation. 

Previous HOA President- Bill Kellar

My name is Bill Kellar and I am your past HOA President. I joined the board December 2020 out of a sense of responsibility to insure that the integrity and beauty of our neighborhood was maintained and preserved. I moved into the neighborhood December 2017 and live at 213 Gillette Drive along with Angie, and two Chihuahuas (Marley and Bella). In my spare time I like to spend time with my family/friends, travel, cycle, and golf.

Jason Beaird has lived in River Landing since 2005.  He and his wife Jordan are parents of six children. Jason enjoys working in the yard, golf, and guitar.

I'm Nicole Petersen, a mother to two wonderful children. My enthusiasm lies in uniting people and creating meaningful connections. I'm thrilled to channel my passion for event organization into the upcoming year as I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to meet with everyone in our community and bring us all closer together.
